Nightly or recurring
Cleaned after close on the nights you pick, Monday through Saturday. One flat monthly price, set at the walkthrough.
One-time deep clean
Quoted per job: before an opening, after a busy season, or when the kitchen has fallen behind. Goes past the nightly scope on walls, equipment exteriors and floor buildup.
Floor-care program
Kitchen and dining floors scrubbed and degreased on a set schedule, plus strip-and-wax or sealing where the floor needs it.

We stripped, degreased and resealed a café’s concrete floors, from the dining room to the sales floor, taking it from dull and matte to a glossy, reflective finish. It is the before and after at the top of this page.
Texas Industrial Cleaning Services is a commercial cleaning company serving the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. We provide office cleaning, commercial floor cleaning (including stripping and waxing), and recurring janitorial services for offices, medical and dental practices, and multi-tenant buildings across Dallas, Tarrant, Denton and Collin counties.

Before you ask for a quote
What does restaurant cleaning include?
Restaurant cleaning covers the kitchen, the dining room and bar, and the restrooms. In the kitchen that means degreasing floors, wiping down walls, and cleaning the outside of equipment and the cook line. Out front it means tables, booths, glass, the entry and the floors. Your exact list is written down after a walkthrough.
Do you clean kitchen hoods and exhaust systems?
No. Hood and exhaust cleaning is a fire-code specialty with its own certification, so we do not offer it. We clean the rest of the kitchen and can work around your hood contractor’s schedule.
When do you clean?
After you close. Recurring restaurant cleaning runs on the nights you choose, Monday through Saturday. We do not offer Sunday service.
How much does restaurant cleaning cost?
Recurring restaurant cleaning is a flat monthly price set from a free walkthrough, and the main drivers are square footage, how many nights a week, and how much of the kitchen is in scope. For floors, here is one real example: A floor like the café on this page, about 2,000 sq ft of concrete that needed a three-step strip, degrease and seal, typically runs $1,500 to $2,000.
Do you do one-time deep cleans?
Yes. A one-time deep clean is quoted as its own job, for example before an opening or when a kitchen has fallen behind. It goes further than the nightly scope on walls, equipment exteriors and floor buildup.
Can you get grease off our kitchen floor?
Yes. Grease-loaded kitchen floors are scrubbed with a degreaser and a floor machine, and the dirty solution is picked up rather than mopped around. Heavy, years-old buildup usually takes more than one pass. We also sell this as a regular floor-care program.
Are you insured for restaurant kitchens?
Yes. Texas Industrial Cleaning Services carries 1 million dollars in general liability coverage that includes kitchen work, and we send a certificate of insurance before the first visit.
