Texas Industrial Cleaning Services (“TICS,” “we,” or “us”) is an owner-operated commercial and industrial cleaning company serving the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. This policy explains what information we collect through www.texasindustrialcleaningservices.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain-language on purpose.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit a quote request or contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and the details you provide about your facility (such as address, square footage, what needs cleaning, and cleaning frequency). You may optionally attach photos or video of your facility.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and analytics to understand how the site is used — for example, pages viewed and how visitors arrive. This is handled through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads (see “Cookies and analytics” below).
How we use your information
- To prepare and send you a quote and respond to your request.
- To contact you about your project by phone, text, or email.
- To schedule, perform, and follow up on cleaning services.
- To measure how our website and advertising perform so we can improve them.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed to do so — for example, our website host and database, our email provider used to notify us of new requests, and Google’s analytics and advertising tools. These providers are bound to use the information only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand site traffic and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. These tools may set cookies on your device. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Text messages
If you provide a phone number, you consent to be contacted at that number by phone or text message about your quote and service. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
Data retention and security
We keep quote and customer information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our business and legal obligations, then delete it. Facility photos and videos you upload are stored privately and are not publicly accessible. We use reasonable measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing info@texasindustrialcleaningservices.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.
