I started Texas Industrial Cleaning Services around a simple frustration: too many businesses get handed a generic janitorial vendor and a light-duty scope that was never built for their facility. An office that never looks quite finished, a medical suite where hygiene actually matters, a warehouse floor caked in forklift rubber — those aren't all the same job, and they shouldn't be sold like they are.
So I built the opposite. TICS is owner-operated, which means when you call, you get me. I quote the job, I'm accountable for how it's done, and I stand behind it. No call center, no runaround — just industrial-grade standards applied to commercial cleaning, whether that's a nightly office route or a heavy floor job.
I take safety as seriously as the facilities I work in. I'm OSHA 30-Hour General Industry certified, we work to your site safety program, and every job is planned around your operation — nights, weekends, or around your shifts, whatever keeps your business moving.
I'd rather tell you the truth than oversell. If an old oil stain won't fully lift, I'll say so before we start. You'll get a clear, honest quote and work that's documented and audit-ready when we leave.
